I had a soup at this subway restaurant in Grimsby, Ontario, Canada. It is a little hard to find - you need to get off the highway at the Casablanca exit. It is located close to a Tim Hortons, Harvey's and Swiss Chalet. It's a great subway to stop at for a bite to eat if you are driving to Niagara Falls or driving to Toronto.

Worst subway experience I've ever had.
I go in during 5pm rush hour, there's 4 people ahead of me in line. As I was waiting, 2 more people came in. When my time came to order, the subway employee skips me and asks the person behind me for their order. I told the employee I haven't been served yet and that I was next in-line, she looked at me like I had 2 heads.
I give her my order of 2 foot long ham subs on whole wheat, she asked me to repeat myself, all good, I think she may be new. After she gets one foot long sub cut out, she asks what I want, again I tell her ham and Swiss cheese, not toasted. After she puts the ham and cheese in the subs, she asks again if I want them toasted.
When we move on to the toppings, I asked for everything in them, including hot peppers/jalapeños. She starts with the lettuce, pretty light, all good. Next, she puts 4 pickles on one of the foot longs, I ask her for more pickles, she adds one more, again I ask for more, again she adds one more. Kinda frustrated I let it slide and again, for the cucumbers she adds 4 on one for long. Super cheap. I just give up and accept the fact this is gonna be a bad sub.
Sauce I ask for mustard and light mayo. She goes for the ranch, I correct her and say I want the light mayo, she goes for the regular mayo, I correct her again and she got it right on the 3rd try. (Third time is a charm?!)
As she's wrapping them up I pay the bill with another employee, grab a fountain drink and the bagged subs.
When I go to fill up the drink, there's so much fizz from the pop machine that it fills up to about 1/4 full, and the rest is fizz. Have to keep dumping the fizz to fill the cup with more pop, super annoying. I ended up spending about 15 seconds trying to dump fizz to get more pop in the cup, I gave up after it was about 3/4 full with pop.
The cherry on top, when I get home to eat the subs. My girlfriend and I open our subs to realize the employee never cut the subs in half. Wtf.
So to sum it up:
-terrible customer service
-super cheap on the toppings
-pop machine gives you mostly fizz and cheaps you out
-doesn't cut the sub and leaves you scratching your head as to why
I will never go back to this subway location, and honestly will avoiding giving subway my business moving toward. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth (sub did too, little toppings and stall bread).
With all the other food options in the area, check those out.
Avoid this location at all costs. -

We were in the Subway at 8.39pm today( Thursday) all the chairs were on the table. We went to the counter my husband asked if you are open as the chairs were on the table, and can we eat here, the guy at the counter said I can't say no but I am explaining that I have cleaned everything and it would be good if you don't eat here with the studio expression as if we are begging for the food. I told my husband let's eat here itself as still it's 20 minutes for the closing time and if the owner was here he would not let the customer go. But we decided not to eat or take as we can't eat being stared while eating. Would request the owner please don't keep this kind of staff.
